2.Q: Which payment facilities are available?
A: Our payment options are: cash , swipe, Eco-cash or Bank transfer
3.Q: What is your lead time?
A: Lead time is 3 working days for personal orders and 7 working days for corporate orders after full payment and all details for engraving have been provided
4.Q: What format do you want the pictures?
A: Please send through your pictures or logo as high resolution jpeg or png image or pdf format preferably.
5.Q: Does the price include engraving ?
A: All prices displayed on the pieces include engraving and VAT.
6Q: Can you engrave our logo or image and our message on the glass?
A: We personalize your order by engraving what you want be it image or text , for logos with corporates if it’s a first time order we charge you a once off logo origination fee.
